Your Partner for Complex Cases
When a patient’s needs exceed the scope of general dentistry, Dr. Andrew Pacinelli is the specialist Long Island dentists trust. We work alongside referring practices — your patient stays your patient.

Dr. Pacinelli accepts referrals for patients presenting with:

Severe dental deterioration, erosion, or advanced wear
Edentulous or partially edentulous patients requiring implant-supported prosthetics
Patients who have been told they have “no options left”
Complex crown and bridge cases with compromised supporting structures
Implant restoration planning and prosthetic design
Aesthetic cases requiring prosthodontic-level precision (veneers, full smile rehabilitation)
Oncology patients requiring dental reconstruction
Congenitally missing teeth (hypodontia, oligodontia)
Our Referral Philosophy
We understand the trust patients place in their general dentist. Our role is to solve what you can’t and return your patient to you. Dr. Pacinelli does not provide general dental care or routine hygiene. Referred patients are treated for their specialty need and expected to maintain their relationship with you for ongoing care.
Communication is a priority. We will keep you informed throughout the treatment process and provide a detailed summary upon completion.
We Are a Partner, Not a Replacement
